For more than 50 years, EGO Dichtstoffwerke has been producing high-quality, ready-to-use silicone sealants that are vulcanised to form elastic end products. Due to their excellent properties, EGOSILICONES are the solution for many sealing and bonding problems. All products are characterised by excellent adhesion, maximum ageing resistance and outstanding resistance to UV, weather and chemicals.

Curing systems

EGOSILICONES are available with a variety of curing systems.

  • The 100 series is acetoxy-curing and splits off low amounts of acetic acid during vulcanisation. It is an acidic system.
  • The 300 series is oxim-curing and splits off low amounts of oxim during vulcanisation. It is a chemically neutral system.
  • The 400 series and the mirror and painted glass adhesives are alcoxy-curing and split off low amounts of alcohol during vulcanisation. They number among the chemically neutral systems.

Colour variety

Through the use of online-controlled colouring plants based on multi-component dosing technology, we are able to produce silicone sealants in almost any colour or shade.

Flexibility in container sizes

Our production department is highly flexible with regard to container sizes. In addition to delivery in standard containers (300 ml and 310 ml cartridges as well as 400 ml and 600 ml foil bags), we also offer delivery in various containers, such as barrels, as required.

Environmental friendliness

In production, it is a matter of course for us to account for environmental protection requirements through implementation of state-of-the-art processes. Our EGOSILICONE meet the VOC requirements according to the EMICODE, AgBB (German Committee for Health-Related Evaluation of Building Products), french VOC class and KMR regulation and according to LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design).
