EGO CLEANING SPRAY can be used as a Cleaner and degreaser for all metals, glass and ceramics in the workshop, factory and household. The following applies when using CONLOC UV adhesives: Cleaning of the joint surfaces with EGO REINIGUNGSSPRAY and then, shortly before adhesion, final cleaning with EGO Cleaner SOFT.
The flash-off time is approx. 5 minutes.
The quantity of Cleaner always depends on the degree of soiling. You need the amount which is needed in order to achieve the appropriate level of cleanliness which is required for the application. The surfaces must be resistant to EGO CLEANING SPRAY.

Primers are used to improve adhesion. They are used when joint seals are under particular stress owing to tension, pressure, shearing, moisture, temperature changes, etc., as well as for porous and absorbent substrates and plastics.
EGO BUTYLPRIMER PRO and EGO BUTYLPRIMER ECO are primers for EGO Butyl sealants. They are used for pre-treatment of porous and non-porous substrate materials for which the adhesion should be increased.
EGO BUTYLPRIMER ECO is the solvent-free variant.
How much EGO BUTYLPRIMER PRO you need depends on what substrate you are dealing with. On average, you need between 150 and 250 millilitres per square metre.
What quantity of EGO BUTYLPRIMER ECO you need depends on the substrate. In general, approx. 100 to 150 millilitres per square metre is estimated.
A UV lamp for CONLOC UV adhesives.
A manual sealing device is practical for quick and brief use. When there is compressed air on site and many running metres need to be sealed, then an electronic or compressed air-driven device is practical.

EGO smoothing agent standard or EGO stone smoothing agent have the following benefits in comparison with “conventional washing-up liquid”:
- Minimised risk of staining or yellowing of the sealants
- Better tolerated by the skin owing to substances from baby cosmetics
- No leaching of colour pigments out of the silicones
- Less silicone leaching into the smoothing agent
Smoothing agents are used to smooth freshly sprayed on sealant surfaces such as silicone, SMP, PUR, acrylic, etc.
