It is used wherever expansion stress and moisture exposure are low. Of course, our acrylic sealants can also be painted over and worked on - which is not always the case with other sealants. EGOPLAST FK ist ein einkomponentiger Acrylat-Folienkleber mit abdichtender Wirkung, der luftdicht, wind- und regendicht wirkt und ideal für das Verbinden von Fensteranschluss- und Unterspannfolien ist.
Er klebt Folien und Vliese aus PP, PE, PVC, EPDM oder Mischgeweben auf Beton, Holz, Metall, Putz, Gipskarton, Fassadenbaustoffen und sogar auf alter, lösungsmittelfreier Bitumenbahn.
Ja. Der Kleber bildet eine dauerplastische, selbstklebende Schicht, die luft- und Dampfdicht ist und den Anforderungen gemäß GEG bzw. DIN 4108‑7 entspricht.
Er lässt sich bei +5 °C bis +40 °C verarbeiten und bleibt nach Austrocknung elastisch und dicht von –30 °C bis +80 °C.
Der Kleber wird mit Kartusche oder Folienbeutel als 5–6 mm dicke Raupe auf den Untergrund aufgetragen – parallel und in Abständen von ca. 10 cm. Danach wird die Folie angelegt und eventuell leicht angedrückt.
Eine erste Haut bildet sich nach etwa 30 Minuten, das Material bleibt klebrig. Vollständige Trocknung dauert je nach Untergrund 1 bis 7 Tage.
Bei Standardauftrag mit einer ca. 5 mm dicken Raupe liegt der Verbrauch bei etwa 30–40 g pro laufendem Meter.

Erhältlich sind 310 ml Kartuschen (20 Stück/Karton) und 600 ml Folienbeutel (20/Stück pro Karton); größere Spezialgebinde auf Anfrage.
Ungeöffnete Gebinde lagern kühl und trocken (ideal +5 °C bis +25 °C) und sind bis zu 12 Monate haltbar.
