Cyanoacrylate adhesives are colorless and solvent-free. They cure spontaneously with air and surface moisture at room temperature under light contact pressure between the bonding surfaces and are ideal for bonding within seconds in the electrical, electronics, textile and shoe industries, measurement, control, medical and dental technology, machine, device and apparatus construction, precision mechanics, optics, plastics and rubber processing.

Our CONLOC-CA range offers single-component cyanoacrylate instant adhesives for fast and reliable bonding in seconds. The low-viscosity variants are versatile, bond quickly and are suitable for many applications. We also offer special adhesives for rough surfaces and for demanding materials such as EPDM or APTK plastics.

CONLOC CA ist eine Baureihe einkomponentiger Cyanacrylat-Sekundenkleber für schnelle Verklebungen in Sekunden. CA 040 ist ein universeller, dünnflüssiger Klebstoff, CA 120 eignet sich hervorragend für raue Oberflächen, CA 528 ist ideal für EPDM bzw. APTK-Kunststoffe.
CA 040 hat eine Viskosität von 35–70 mPa·s, CA 120 liegt bei 90–120 mPa·s, CA 528 bei ca. 100 mPa·s.
CA 040 und CA 528 überbrücken Spalten bis 0,07 mm, CA 120 bis etwa 0,1 mm.
CA 040 verbindet innerhalb von 5–15 Sekunden, CA 120 braucht 3–30 Sekunden, CA 528 härtet in 2–10 Sekunden aus.
Alle drei haften zuverlässig auf Gummi, Kunststoff, Metall, Holz, Keramik und Textilien. CA 528 ist optimiert für EPDM/APTK.
Der Einsatzbereich reicht bei allen drei von etwa –50 °C bis +80 °C; CA 528 hält bis –60 °C.
Alle drei sind in Flaschen von 10 g bis 500 g erhältlich – von Kleinverbrauch bis Großverbrauch.
Ja, alle CONLOC CA-Typen sind 1-Komponenten-Klebstoffe ohne Lösungsmittel, was sie emissionsarm und geruchlos im Einsatz macht.
Die zu verklebenden Oberflächen müssen sauber, trocken und frei von Fett sein. Auftrag in feiner Linie oder als Tropfen, danach sofort leicht zusammenpressen.
Bei kühler und trockener Lagerung (Originalverschluss) beträgt die Haltbarkeit 6 Monate im Normalklima, bis zu 12 Monate bei gekühlter Lagerung.
