UV adhesives Standard products
The standard products in the UV adhesives range have been developed for a wide range of materials and have excellent adhesive properties. They can be dispensed in a controlled and precise manner, allowing even complex or intricate components to be joined securely. With their fast curing under UV light, they offer an efficient solution for industrial manufacturing processes where time and precision are crucial.
Processing
Processing is particularly user-friendly: once the adhesive has been applied, curing can be activated by UV light. This enables short process times, flexible handling and maximum control over the curing time. The result is strong, durable bonds that are suitable for both manual and automated processes.

Questions and answers
Beide sind einkomponentige, lösemittelfreie UV-Klebstoffe. UV 651 eignet sich für dickflüssige Glas/Glas- und Glas/Metall-Verklebungen im Innenbereich, UV 665 ist dünnflüssig und kapillar für hochoptische Glas- und Metallverklebungen.
UV 651 und UV 665 Kleben zuverlässig Glas auf Glas und Glas auf Metall. Beide sind nur für transparente, spannungsfreie Anwendungen im Innenbereich zugelassen.
UV 651 ist dickflüssig (~5 500 mPa·s) und überbrückt Spalten von 0,05–0,5 mm. UV 665 ist kapillar dünnflüssig (~50 mPa·s) mit Spaltbreiten von 0,05–0,1 mm.
Beide polymerisieren photochemisch unter UV-Bestrahlung; die notwendige Härtung erfolgt in Sekunden bis wenigen Minuten abhängig von Lampenleistung, Schichtdicke und Spaltbreite.
Beide sind bis 60 °C einsetzbar, ziehen aber bei höheren Temperaturen Vergilbung in Betracht. UV 665 hält bis 120 °C, UV 651 Kunststoff hingegen keine empfohlenen Werte bei >60 °C.
Ja, beide sind 100 % lösemittelfrei. UV 665 (auch in farbiger Variante) ist pigmentiert, farbstabil und UV-beständig. Beide Systeme polymerisieren ohne weitere Aktivatoren.
Mit EGO REINIGER SOFT – herkömmliche Glasreiniger können die Klebkraft verringern. Die Flächen müssen sauber, trocken und frei von Trennmitteln sein.
UV 665 gibt es auch in farbigen Ausführungen (blau, rot, gelb, grün, schwarz). Diese benötigen etwa das Fünffache an Bestrahlungszeit im Vergleich zur klaren Variante.
UV 651 ist ungeöffnet bis 12 Monate lagerfähig; UV 665 bis 6 Monate. Kühl, dunkel und vor UV-Einstrahlung geschützt lagern.
Beide sind Haut- und Augenreizend sowie potentiell sensibilisierend. UV 665 ist aquatisch hochgiftig. UV-Schutzbrille schützen und Hautkontakt vermeiden. Reste umweltgerecht entsorgen.
