Butyl tape as nail sealing tape

EGOTAPE 4000 NAGELDICHTBAND is a self-adhesive, cross-laminated, thermoplastic sealing tape based on Butyl rubber. The lamination consists of a highly tear-resistant HDPE film that is cross-laminated. In terms of its properties and components, the nail sealing tape is ideally suited as a joint tape in the area of "sustainable construction" and has been verified in accordance with the DGNB, LEED, BREEAM and BNB assessment systems.

EGOTAPE 4000 NAGELDICHTBAND is a Butyl sealing tape which has a high tear resistance and therefore provides a long-lasting seal in the roof area, especially when drilled, screwed or nailed through, e.g. when fixing counter battens.
