Hotmelt sealant based on butyl rubber

EGOBON 227 is a Butyl rubber-based thermoplastic sealant that can be extruded or calendered industrially in almost any shape using a drum melting system. Thanks to its high surface Tack and low processing temperature, the barrel-melt Butyl compound is suitable for industrial applications as a Hotmelt product at a low system temperature, which contributes to an environmentally friendly energy balance during the production process. The pure, high-quality, durable and UV-resistant Butyl compound is characterized by its high quality and almost unlimited durability and functionality, particularly in the automotive sector and in the field of "sustainable construction".

EGOBON 227 is a Hotmelt based on Butyl rubber, which is characterized in particular by its high surface Tack and low processing temperature of 80°C.
